This is an attempt to compile and organize protocols that work for me and, probably, would work for other people. Some are based on science, others are things that I picked up from my time alive. I hope it helps.

Ideally you are sleeping a third of your day and, therefore, if you are one of the best at it, you are ahead of the curve on one of the most primal yet important aspects of life.

Study

Studying is like preparing a banquet for someone who you don't know what they are ordering. And if you are cooking for the sake of the food, that's fine, but if you have what the client ordered, you are golden.
